David doesn't really like talking about himself, especially in the third person.
He loves the web and web standards.
The Tap Map.
My University Major Project.
The goal was to create a location aware social web application that utilised the power of Twitter and Google Maps.
Users simply Tweet which bar they were in and they would see their face plotted on an overall map of Belfast, providing a nice visual representation of drinking activity in the city.
Ulster Bank BAA.
I designed and built the Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards website while on placement at Bluecube Interactive.
Throughout this project I gained valuable experience working with a complex brand and adhering to their guidelines.
The awards were split into provinces therefore this site needed to have a 'provincial feel' I believe I achieved this goal.
QFT Newsletter.
The QFT was recently rebranded by AVBrowne. Bluecube Interactive handled all the online media for the campaign and I was given the task to design and build their new monthly E Newsletter.
This E Newsletter was simply built in a way that was easy for them to update with images and copy. It's also built to current HTML email standards and works across every major email client.
